At Shopzle we believe in a 100% customer satisfaction & that is why we are offering all customers a 30 day money-back guarantee!

If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For most items, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is not available for this.

There are 3 options that we can offer you:

1. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
2. You return our product to get a full refund
3. You can keep the product and we refund you 50%.

Please be informed that you can only choose 1 of 3 options above, and it is the final solution for your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to support@shopzle.com, tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem.

Note: Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order. Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an image to support@shopzle.com for verification and we will ship out a new one immediately.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

Please contact us prior to returning items and obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number on the shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Please do not send your purchase back to our international fulfillment center.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, custom or print on demand items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.



POD (Printed On Demand) Or Custom Products - Return Policy

Some items on our store are POD such as but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, hats, long sleeve shirts, tank tops, cell phone cases, coffee mugs etc.... Products that are POD will clearly be stated on the product info page. For POD products the following return policy will apply.

Our Return Policy

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

How To Exchange Your Order

Exchanges may be necessary for a number of different reasons.

Customer has received a bad print or defective product

In the event that something slips past quality control we will quickly address the problem as soon as it is brought to our attention. In order to receive a replacement product the customer needs to simply provide us a picture of the product in question and the name on the order and email it to support@shopzle.com

What we need to make a replacement order:

Please provide the your name and email
Please provide the order number
Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item
Please provide the changes necessary to correct/make replacement order, ie: color, size, style, etc.

Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!
